- 1/2 tomato
- 6 cashews
- 5 pecan
- 1/2 peach
- 1/2 small zucchini

1. Just put a few tablespoons of flax seeds in a magic bullet blender (or coffee grinder). Blend for about 6 seconds.
2. Add an equal amount of cinnamon, blend for 3 seconds.
3. Pour the cinnamon-flax mix into a small bowl. Place the small bowl on a larger plate
4. Cut an apple into wedges. Arrange the wedges on the plate.
